Accompanying note: "Forsyth Street, one of the principal business arteries of Jacksonville, is lined by retail establishments, financial institutions, federal building, etc. The Graham Building in the background to the right [constructed 1913], 16 stories in height, said to be the tallest structure in the state of Florida."
