The house in the foreground was the residence of Mr. R.R. McCormack of Denver, who sold the site of the hotel to Mr. Flagler. Up the trail the Robert W. Moore place is seen through the trees. The next residence to the north was that of S.N. White and even further north is the home of Mr. David Brown.
