A lot of Florida bull.
Accompanying note: "Florida 'is' cattle country Few people know that Florida ranks number two among the states in cattle production. The story begins with the Spanish Conquistadors who brought the first cattle to Florida as provisions for New World garrisons. But, the industry only began to grow after the 'Big Citrus Freeze' of 1895. With citrus crops destroyed many Florida grove owners looked for an alternative use of their land. Today you don't have to visit Texas to see a cowboy or a rodeo - or for that matter to eat a good steak."
