The Women's March was a nationwide protest on January 21, 2017, to protect legislation and policies regarding human rights and other issues, including women's rights, immigration reform, healthcare reform, the natural environment, LGBTQ rights, racial equality, freedom of religion, and workers' rights. The march in Tallahassee went from Railroad Square up Wahnish Way to a rally at the FAMU Rec center.
Note sign she is holding that reads, "It took me quite a long time to develop a voice and now that I have it, I am not going to be silent. - Madeline Albright".
