General Note
It was built in 1912 for $12,480; later damaged by fire on October 8, 1933; remodeled to provide rental space on the ground floor in 1939 for $35,000; turned over to Leon County who assumed the $100,000 mortgage in December 1960; remodeled and used as the County Library from 1962-1978; remodeled and used as offices in the 1980s.
