The two branches of Florida law enforcement honor guards are (L-R): Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (dark blue/black and gold piping uniforms and green pants), and Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (olive green and gold uniform).
Reubin Askew served in the Florida State Senate representing the 2nd District from 1962 until the 1970 term. Senate President pro tempore from 1968 to 1970. He served as Governor for the State of Florida from January 5, 1971 until January 2, 1979.
