Accompanying note: "Portraits of past Florida governors were taken out of back rooms yesterday and started going up in the corridors of the State Capitol...Mrs. Moorer held the ladder for Harvey Slade [Sr.] as he hung the picture...Mrs. English and Mrs. Moorer are members of the Florida Arts Commission, which is in charge of Capitol decorations."
