Accompanying note: "Gov. Collins still has his boyhood skill as a cow milker. He proved Wednesday when he squeezed 5-1/2 pounds of milk in two minutes to top State Sen. Wilson Carraway of Tallahassee, who got 1-6/16 pounds, and the state agriculture commissioner, Lee Thompson, who managed only a puny 1/10th pound. But Mayor G. O. Cox of Quincy took the governor's measure in a one-minute contest. Cox squeezed out two pounds, Collins 1-9/10 pounds. The contest started dairy month in Florida."
