To Richard G. Wellford, clerk of the Court of Appeals - the petition of John e. Seaman Libellant and appellant in the above case herewith:
That the merchandise libeled in the above cause and now in the custody of the Marshall is of a perishable nature and subject to decay.
That said merchandise is daily decreasing in value and therefore law petitioner prays that an order of sale was issued to the Marshall commanding him to despair of the said merchandise being the cargo of the said schooner, according to the law.
