Memorandum of an agreement entered into this fifteen day of April Eighteen Hundred and forty three between R K Call and Geo K Walker and Walter F Lloyd both of Tallahassee in the Territory of Florida. Said Call & Walker hereby undertake and bind themselves to make good and perfect fee-Simple titles to said Lloyd to a lot of ground on Monroe street adjoining the house and lot on the North thereof now occupied by Lloyd and Rogers as a store. Said lot to present not less them thirty nor more than thirty one feet on said street and run back sixty five feet, the same being part of lot ___ in the original plan of Tallahassee. And said Call and Walker further agree and bind themselves to said Lloyd to erect in said lot and have the same ready for occupation by the first day of October next a House of the following dimensions "To Wit" said House to present a front of Twenty five feet on Monroe Street running back fifty feet, the first story to be eleven feet high or thereabouts and the second story Ten feet or thereabouts, the first story to be in one room with doors in the center in the front and a window on each side of the door, and sky lights over the door, resembling those in the store now occupied by Lloyd & Rogers, also one door in the rear, with sky lights over the door and one window in the rear resembling those in said store. The second story to be divided into three rooms, one to the front and three in the rear, each window to contain fifteen glass ten by twelve, said building to be built of good merchantable brick, covered with wooden shingles, and each room to have two coats of plaster, the plastering to be put on with furring and laths.
