Judge of the circuit court in aforesaid state, further Roberts Agent for Roberts Allen & Co. which firm is composed of Enoch C. Roberts, Frederic W. Allen and William Hickok who being duly sworn deposeth and says that the Flint River Steam Boat company a corporation, and owners of the Steam Boat magnolia is justly indebted to said Roberts Allen and Co. in the sum of $657.60 for iron work and material furnishes said Flint River Steam Boat Company to and for the use of said Steam Boat agreeable to the Bill of Particulars hereunto annexed. That said Steam Boat since she has been built has been and now is [?] in navigating the Apalachicola river. That said sum has been due within twelve months and that payment thereof has been demanded of said owners since the same became due, and which has been refused. That said Boat Magnolia has arrived at the port of Apalachicola to which she was freighted and that she now lies in said county of Franklin, to wit at the port of the Apalachicola.

Before reading the foregoing petition and affidavit annexed, it is ordered that the clerk of the circuit court of Franklin County do enter up Judgment in favor of Roberts Allen & Co. in the sum of $657.60 amount sworn to, against the Flint River Steam Boat Company owners of Steam Boat Magnolia. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this the day and year above written.
