State of Florida, Franklin County:

Known all men by these presents, that we the Flint River Steam Boat Company, by our Attorney Daniel J. Day, and Daniel J. Day and Charles A. Green are held and firmly bound unto Enoch C. Roberts, Frederick W. Allen, William Hickok partners under the style of Roberts, Allen, & Co. in the sum of thirteen hundred and fifteen 20/100 dollars for the payment whereof we find ourselves, our and each of our heirs, executors and administrators jointly and severally by these presents, sealed with our seals and dated this 30[th] day of November 1847.

The condition of the above is such that whereas the said Roberts Allen & Co. did on the 5[th] day of June in the year 1847, obtain a judgment in Franklin Circuit Court, against the said Company as owners of the Steam Boat Magnolia for the sum of six hundred and fifty seven 60/100 dollars, and whereas said company has obtained a writ of error to remove said Cause to the Supreme Court and an order of supersede as of the proceedings under said judgment. Now if the said Flint River Steam Boat Company shall duly prosecute said Writ of error, and in case of the affirmance of said Judgment shall pay said Roberts Allen & Co., their condemnation money and costs, this bond to be void.
