State of Florida Eastern Judicial Circuit County of St. John's- Office of Clerk of Circuit Court of St. Johns County City of St. Augustine

On the day of the date hereof, Before me the Clerk of the said circuit Court, Personally came Francis M. Weems to me well known, who being duly sworn according to law, deposes and says that on the 14[th] day of September 1853, in his presence and in the presence of Dr. John Peck and George R. Fairbanks, Mrs. Susan Murphy formerly Linde, signed, sealed, and delivered the foregoing Deed or declaration of Trust, for the intents and purposed therein set forth and decalred, and that then and there, be this deponent and the said John E. Peck signed their names as witness there to, and that at the same time and place, the said George R. Fairbanks signed his name to the same accepting said Trust

In testimony where of I hereunto set my name and affix the seal of said circuit court at the City of St. Augustine this Twenty seventh day of June 1856.
