Attorneys tending to its overthrow should be to subvert the rightful action of the court in a most important respect and substitute in its stead error confusion and uncertainty- The law has confided to the judge about the power of certifying to his own action and approximately- There is and can be no substitute and when he is deprived of this he would seem to be incompetent for his other duties- the certiorari is refused.
