Whereupon the Board made the following order, to wit:

On the petition of Dr. A.S. Cole and others for a neighborhood road leading from Dr. Coles to a point on the Tallahassee Road near William Lester's, it is ordered that William E. Fisher, J.B. Christies, and J.R. Crump be appointed commissioners to now and mark out said road and report to this board as the law directs.

And afterwards the report of the commissioners was submitted to the board in the following words to wit:

We the undersigned commissioners appointed to view and make out a neighborhood or settlement road leading from the house of Dr. A.S. Cole to a point on the Tallahassee and Thomasville road near the residence of Captain William Lester, the nearest and most practicable route and C. have attended to the duties assigned use and report:

That we have after mature consideration, marked out a road between the two points specifics in our aforesaid commission running as near as we can estimate the following course- starting from the house of Dr. Cole running South, South West (S.S.W.) for the dis-
