W.H. Lester was read in evidence:

Mar. Galbraith October 19[th], 1958

I would have liked that it could have been in my power to have gone down to town to day so as to have given in my evidence in reference to the road difficulty between Dr. Bradford and Cole, However I will state what I know about the road. The road in suit has been in use as long as my recollection serves me until about two or three years past. Last Spring Dr. Cole got me to measure the two roads. I found the distance of the road on the Eastern route to be 3 and 5/8 miles. That of the Western route, the road that Dr. Cole is contending for to be 2 (1/4) miles making a difference of 1 and 5/8 miles.

Yours Respectfully,

W. H. Lester

By consent of parties the following map was submitted by Edward Bradford and used in evidence:

On considering the matters involved in this cause and the evidence submitted the court affixed the order of the County Commissioner of Leon County granting the report of the Commissioners appointed by them under said petition and declaring the road petitioned for a public neighborhood road.
