Signed the petition, live 3 (1/4) miles from Dr. Cole's, recollects the road that it was closed by Dr. Bradford, was with Mr. Lester when he surveyed; signed the petition so that he could get Dr. Coles his Physician the more readily, thinks 3 or 4 miles in the neighborhood, agrees with previous testimony excerpt as Mr. Grambling and also as regards those living on the lake they went to Dr. Cole's by Captain Lester's because the other and more direct road (to them) was a blind road, the road was in use when witness came to the Country, knows the Commissioners, thinks them competent.

Cross Examination. The Commissioner did not live in the neighborhood [Captain Lester: Dr. Cole formerly had another road to the Thomasville Road] there was a physician at Centerville, it was 2 (1/2) miles to Dr. Cole's by the old road from witness now its over three.

Mr. Isler: Lives in the neighborhood of Dr. Coles knows both the road the old and new, thinks the difference in coming to Tallahassee is over a mile. Signed the petition for the reason stated by Captain Lester and Mr. Barnes. The road has been but is now used for any other purpose than to go to Dr. Coles, knows most of the petitioners, they live in the neighborhood.
