On Appeal from the Board of County Commissioners of Leon County

This day came the parties by their Attorneys and thereupon the testimony taken before the court and submitted, being considered it seems to the Court that there is no error in the decision of the County Commissioners, there it is considered by the that the said decision and action of the County Commissioners of the County Commission be and the same is hereby affirmed and that the Appellant Edward Bradford do pay the costs of this appeal
