And afterwards, to wit: on the 20 day of October 1858, the following writ of Subpoena was issued in the words and figures following to wit:

State of Florida

To William E. Danelly Greeting:

We command you to appear before the Judge of our Circuit court for the country of Leon in the Middle circuit of the state aforesaid at the Court house in Tallahassee forthwith to testify and the truth to say on behalf of Plaintiff, in a certain matter of controversy between A. Macon Plaintiff and the Tallahassee and St Marks Rail Road Company defendant and this you shall in no wise omit.
