We command you to commons the Tallahassee and St. Marks Railroad Company if it be found within the county of Leon, personally to be and appear before the Judge of our Circuit Court for said County, at the Court House in Tallahassee on the 3[rd] Monday in March [?] bring the first day of our next term to answer Arthur Macon in an action on the case to the damage of said plaintiff two thousand dollars ($2000) and have then and there this writ

Witness Council A. Bryan clerk of our said Circuit Court this 4[th] day of March 1859, and 82 year of American independence
