Pleas at the Court House in the city of Tallahassee on the day if October in the year of our lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty eight before the honorable J. Wayles Baker Judge of the Middle Circuit of the State of Florida sitting in and for the County of Leon in a certain cause lately depending therein- wherein Arthur Macon was plaintiff and the Tallahassee and St. Marks Railroad Company is defendant.

Be it remembered that heretofore [?] on the 4[th] day of March 1858 came the Plaintiff by his attorneys and filed in the clerks office a [?] in the words and figures following:
