Pleas at the Court House in the City of Tallahassee before the Superior Court for Leon County in the Middle District of the Territory of Florida on Friday the 14[th] day of February eighteen hundred and forty five.

Be it remembered that heretofore to wit on the 25[th] day of March AD 1842 came Joseph Swan, Executor of John Oliver deceased by his attorneys and filed a praecipe which praecipe is in these words.
