which is granted upon his entering into bond according to Law.
And afterwards towit on the 27[th] day of Feby 1840, there issued from the county court office of said county an Execution as follows:
Territory of Florida
To the Sheriff of Gadsden County, Middle District, Greetings
You are hereby commanded that of the goods and chattels, lands and tenements of John Oliver, in the hands of Joseph Swann to be administered late of said County and District you cause to be made the sum of one hundred and fifty two dollars with interest from January 23[rd] 1840, which John Shaw lately in our County Court for the District aforesaid, Gadsden County, received against him for damages, also the sum of twenty five dollars and eight nine cents adjudged to the said John Shaw for his costs in that behalf expended, whereof the said Joseph Swann admt as aforesaid was convicted as appears to us of records, and that you have the said sums of money before the Judge of ur said court at the Town of Quincy within the time prescribed by law, to render to the said John Shaw the sums aforesaid and have then and there this writ.
