The Territory of Florida,

To the Sheriff of Gadsden County, Greetings

We command you that you summon Joseph Swan, admt. of John Oliver decd if he be found in your county personally to be and appear before the Judge of our County Court, for the County aforesaid at the Court house in the town of Quincy on the first day of our July Term next to answer John Shaw in an action of assumpsit to his damage two hundred dollars and have then and there this suit.
