The Complainants propose the following individuals as commissioners to wit C.J. Memminger Counselor at Law, Charles Edmonston ( believed to be a merchant) in case of death absence or refusal to act on the part of either Thomas Bacot [?] (also to believed to be a merchant) The defendants propose as commissioners, James L. Pettigan and Hugh S. Legare Esquires, Counselors at Law.

On the Interrogatories to be propounded to Reverend Francis L Hawks D.D Doctors Hugh M Leon, John Torrey, John Bishop and Conrad Lerinn [?] witnesses residing in New York City the complainant proposes commissioners to be a appointed by the Court. Defendants propose Orazmos [?] and James B. Wright Esquires Counselors at Law.
