If it does it determined the question as an original me. The sensorship [?] of the ??? is a material question and only necessary to be decided in case the ???? is established in Florida. The Court below decided Florida was the ???? and thereupon refused to decided whether ???? & Henretta survived the father. ??? as this Court refuses in decide me of the question as to the statute of destitution because what had been decided rendered it unnecessary.
