Objection to the note tried ongoing in evidence and in allowing the said note to go in evidence under the declaration in this case.

VII. That the Court erred in permitting the Plaintiff at the trial, to strike out the special Indorsement on said note "pray G.L. Fauntleroy or his admr" and that under the pleading & proofs in the cause the said note should not have gone in evidence to the Jury.

VIII. That the Court erred also in the Instruction by the Court given to the Jury, and is overruling defts objection to the admission of evidence.
