rida to reverse a certain judgment rendered by the Hon Superior Court of the County of Leon, at Spring Term 1842, on a petition by said Call to foreclose a certain deed of mortgage, executed by Samuel Parkhill in his lifetime to said Call. Now if the said Richard K. Call or said J. Vail, or either to be paid all costs and damages which said Court of Appeals may award to said Martha Ann, admx. as aforesaid, in consequences of the suing out said writ of Error, thru this obligation to be void, else to remain in full force & virtue.
