To which several opinions of the Court plaintiff by his counsel excepts, and prays that this his bill of exceptions be signed and sealed by the Court and made a part of the record, and that the whole record be certified to the Court of appeals, to which court plaintiff prays an appeal, which is done accordingly.

The following is a copy of the bond filed by the plaintiff, in the clerks office, on suing out the writ of Error to the Court of Appeals

Know all men by these presents that the undersigned Richard K. Call, & J. Vail are held and firm by bound unto Martha Ann Parkhill administratrix of Samuel Parkhill deceased in the sum of one hundred dollars for the payment whereof we hereby bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents sealed with our seals, & dated this fourth day of December A.D. 1843.
