Be found within the County of Gadsden personally to be and appear before the Judge of our Superior Court for said County District aforesaid. At the Court House in Quincy on the fourth Monday in November next being the first day of our next term to answer Richard K. Call Governor of the Territory of Florida for the use of George W. Harrison and David G. Raney lately trading as Harrison & Raney in an action of Debt for Ten Thousand Dollars. Damages One hundred Dollars.
And have then and there this writ.

Raney Merchants and partners trading under the name style and firm of Harrison & Raney plaintiff complains of Isaac R. Harris defendant of a plea that he render unto the said plaintiff the sum of ten thousand dollars which he owes to and unjustly detained from the said plaintiff for the use aforesaid to the damage of the said plaintiff of one hundred Dollars.
