Pleas at the City of Tallahassee before the Superior Court of the United States for the Middle District aforesaid on Wednesday the 20[th] day of April in the year One thousand eight hundred & thirty one Be it remembered that heretofore to wit on the 13[th] day of September in the year 1830. Came Robert D. Outerbridge and filed with the clerk of said court the following proceedings against the Schooner Billow, her Tackle, Apparel and Furniture had before Leslie A. Thompson a Justice of the Peace for the County of Leon Territory aforesaid, to wit.

Schooner Billow Ellis H. Billow master

De To Robert D. Outerbridge first Mate of the Billow from the 13[th] May 1830 to 13[th] August at 30 pr. month $ 90.00

Personally appeared before me the undersigned one of the Justices of the Peace in and for the County aforesaid Robert D. Outerbridge and made oath that the account above rendered against the Schooner Billow and the master thereof is true and correct according to the shipping articles & usages sworn to before me this 9[th] day of June A.D.1838
