and now at this this day, To Wit: at a Circuit Superior Court of Law and ???? held at the Court House in the Town of Petersburg on the 14[th] of July 1837... The following order and ??? was entered in this cause.

This cause came on this day to be further heard on the paper formerly read and on the report of the Commissioners David May, Henry Dugger and James ????, appointed under the ???? order pronounced in this cause on the 14[th] day of November 1834. To lay off & divide the lands & ???? of the ???? Armistead, & Liberated in the Curtsey of ???? and the Town of Petersburg, to which there is no exception: on consideration whereof the Court appearing the said report and division ?? confession the ???, and ??? adjudge order and ???? that the complainant ??? Johnson for life ( with remainder to his infant son W. R. Johnson and the infant dependent J.R. Armistead & W. H. Armistead ????? stand sized and ???? of the lots or ???? of said lands and ????_ to them repeating ???? in the said division and report..... and finally at this day to Wit: The day and year first herein mentioned. On the motion of the plaintiff's by Counsel leave is given them to amend their Bill within case, and to make ??? parties, and the Cause is tent back to the rules for that purpose.
