Chambers 19[th] November 1836. [?] an attachment and monitor issue. And also such further proceedings as are usual in admiralty, to be made returnable before me at the Court House at Key West on Friday the 23 day of November instant.

Whereupon the attachment & motion is read as ordered, & in the words and figures following trial:

To the Marshal of the Superior Court for the said District Greeting

We hereby command you to forthwith attach, seize, take possession of & safely keep the cargo saved from the wrecked ship Ajax, the same to be held & safely kept to answer the libel of Richard Roberts & others for salvage.

Herein fact not & have you shall execute this writ make known to us at the Court House at Key West on Friday the 25[th] day of November instant & also then and there return this writ to us.
