Court of appeals January term 1837 Appeal term in Admiralty at Key West, It is agreed whereon the parties by their proctors in the above entitled cause that the shares claimed by the appellants as forfeited to the Cargo he paid on to the appellees or their proctor upon their in his entering into a stipulation with good and sufficient security to he appeared by the judge of the Court below conditioned to the forthcoming to abide the decree of the Court in premises said stipulation to be delivered to the appellants on their Proctor at Key West to be filed in this Court. It is further stipulated that no damages shall be claimed with Court by appellants with affirmation of the term It is further argued that the reminder be paid out to the other parties [?] by the decree of the said Court
