Whereupon one said Judge made the following order to wit

Chambers 21[st] Nov 1836 In conformity to the prayer of the written petition, it is ordered that the Marshal proceed to sell at public out cry for cash, such portions of the goods wares & mechanizes lately comprising the cargo of the ship Ajax, as shall upon their arrival at this port be formed to be wet, damaged & in a perishing condition; & that said sale or sales take place as soon as proper notice can be given thereof; & that the proceeds arising thereupon be paid into the registry, subject to the justice order & decree of the Court.
