Expedited in the premises; and further to do and receive what unto law & justice shall appertain under the pain of the law & the contempt thereof, the above or contumacy of their & every of their in any wise notwithstanding. And whatsoever you shall do in the premises you shall duly certify into the said Judge as the time and place last aforesaid to gather with there pursuits;

Witness the Honorable James Webb Judge of the said Court for the said District this inevitable day of November, A.D. Eighteen Hundred and thirty six & of the Independence of the United States the sixty first year

And afterwards the said attachment & motion were returned by the said Marshal with the following endorsement made upon the said attachment, to writ:

Came to hand the 1[st] day and exceled by attaching the cargo & materials as fast as they arrived
