-severally make their appearance before the Judge of this Court, on the first day of the next Term of the Circuit Court of Calhoun County, being the 14[th] day of the present month (May), to give evidence on behalf of the prisoner John Ammons who stands indicted for "Murder," in the case of the State of Florida vs John Ammons, indicted as aforesaid, and shall not depart thence without the leave of the Court, there this recognizance is to be void, else to remain in full force and virtue.

It is ordered that the jurors summoned as a special venire facias to serve as jurors, in the case of the State of Florida vs John Ammons, who stands indicted for Murder, be discharged from further attendance upon this Court.
