The Replication of Joseph M. Hernandez Executor of the last will and testament of Robert McHardy decd to the answer of John B.B. McHardy one of the defendants in this case.

This Repliant saving and reserving to himself all and all manner of advantage or exception which may be had and taken to the manifold errors, uncertainties and insufficiencies as the answer of the said defendant for Replication thereto saith, that that the doth and will aver maintain and prove his said Bills to be true certain and sufficient in the Law to be answered with by the said defendant; and that his answer is very uncertain, [?] and insufficient in this case to be upheld unto by his replicants [?] that; that every other matter or thin on the said answer contained, material or effectual in the law to be replied unto and herein and hereby will and sufficiently replied unto [?] or avoided traversed or denied is true: all which matters and things, this Replicant is ready to aver maintain and prove, as this Honorable Court shall direct and humbly prays as in and by his said Bills he hath already prayed.
