To the Honorable [?] Supreme Court of the State of Florida.

The Petition of Whipple Alduich Adams of Edward [?] of a defendant to [?] Bill of complainant of Joseph [?] Hernandez [?] deceased against Whipple Aldrich and a [?] respectfully [?]

Not there is error in so much of the Decree of the Han J. Finley rendered in November 1854 in the above entitled cause as decrees that the complainant would pay to the children of the marriage of Robert and Caroline E McHardy [?] to [?] Maleria Caroline E and Mary E in equal portions the sum of three Thousand four hundred and Eighty three 41/100 Dollars (3483.41 dollars of the sum recorded from the Government of the United states for [?] and interest thereon, the said amount being decreed to be are half of the sum [?] the Government and being considered the bank as [?] property acquired during the [?] of the said Robert [?] Hardy) and the said Caroline E. McHardy to [?] are half of which the children of the said marriage are decreed to have became entitled at the date of the matter, [?] said Caroline E. McHardy.

Which error [?] be corrected by this Honorable Court and such judgment in the premise rendered as to right and justice may appertain.
