I Daniel M Raery, Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of Leon in the Middle Circuit of the state of Florida, do hereby Certify that the foregoing is a true transcript of the record and proceedings in a certain action of Debt lately depending in the Superior Court for said County Middle District of the Territory of Florida between Frederic Hoc & Lewis Hoc Plaintiffs and John Miller & Bryan Croom Defendants with all things touching the same as fully and wholly as they now exist among the records of my office
