Having respect to the interest of all parties ???? & leaving out lands sold to third parties by said Land Company, till all other lands are ???? And at the end of a month said Master shall advertise such lands as he may have ??? & if possible sufficient to pay the debt and interest & all costs & changes, for the space of two months in a newspaper ??? at Tallahassee & in the New York Herald weekly & at the end of that time proceed to sell said lands at Tallahassee. ???? or Apalachicola, as may be most ??? & as he may have advertised, & if enough be made by such sales besides all costs to pay said Debts & interest he shall pay the same to Complain ants Solicitor & file his ??? in final discharge of this ??? & if enough be not made he shall ??? his investigations & from time to time make sales under like notices, until all expenses Debt & interest be paid in full, or until all of said lands & premises be ??? or if ay any sale there be a surplus after paying all debt interest & costs, the same shall be paid to Dependents Solicitor. And the costs of said proceedings & of this suit shall be ??? by said Defendants.
