- Scene at the Miccosukee Village reservation along the Tamiami Trail in the Everglades.
- Photographed in November 1975.
- The Miccosukee Tribe once occupied a reservation of approximately 100,000 acres within what is now Everglades National Park; since the park was established in 1934, the Miccosukee Tribe has occupied the northernmost 500 feet of the park along a five-mile stretch of the Tamiami Trail. This was later established as the Miccosukee Reserved Area in 1998.
