Biographical Note

Major General/Adjutant General Henry W. McMillan was born on August 12, 1910.

Robert Williams, born March 30, 1919, was appointed executive director of the Board of Archives and History in 1966. When the board became the Division of Archives, History and Records Management, Williams became its first director. He died on November 15, 1983.
