  • Born in Fairfield, S.C. Served as a teamster in the 2nd Florida Regiment until the end of the war, and was paroled at Appomattox. After the war he lived in Clay Co. and in 1910 died in Hamilton Co. Buried at New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery.
