  • Built 1901 in Kiel, Germany as "Lensahn" for the Grand Duke Friedrich August von Oldenburg. The Grand Duke eventually gifted the yacht to Kaiser Wilhelm II and towards the end of World War I the ship was turned over to the Teuton Red Cross Service to serve as a hospital ship. In 1923 the ship was renamed the "Nohab" (owned by a Scandinavian railroad company by this time) and afterwards sold to American owners. Capsized in Biscayne Bay during the 1926 hurricane. Towed to Tampa in 1928 by a California businessman where the yacht sank again. In 1934 Tampa authorities ordered her raised, towed out into the Gulf of Mexico and sunk in 66 feet of water. Today it is a popular fishing and diving destination locally known as the "South Jack Wreck".
