Jonathan Miller was a British playwright, actor, director, writer, and physician. He received his medical degree at Cambridge at 1959, where a year later he starred in the widely-popular satirical comedy revue "Beyond the Fringe", which also starred Alan Bennett, Dudley Moore and Peter Cook. Since then he has produced several documentaries and dramatic producation for BBC and public television and has became a well-regarded theater director.
