Biographical Note
Mr. Morris was an author, historian, Clerk and Clerk Emeritas of the Florida House of Representatives for 29 1/2 years. Initiated the photographic archives which is now the photo collection of the Florida State Archives. Shown here being congratulated by Dr. J.
