The company published an article entitled 'Two Governors on Race Problems," where they claim that Caldwell condoned the lynching of Jesse James Payne, and refused to acknowledge that it was a lynching at all. Caldwell claims he never condoned the murder of Jesse, and claims the article is an act of deliberate malicious intent.

Enclosed is a photostatic copy of part of a lease agreement containing a list of stock shares in Celebrities that were purchased by a series of buyers to make it a subsidiary of another company. The letter is signed "Dough Rae Mea."
