A flier for an NAACP meeting with speakers Ezell Blair Jr., Patricia Stephens and Bernard Lee. The topic was "Freedom Now" and each speaker was actively participating in the civil rights movement at the time. Tallahassee civil rights activist Patricia Stephens was to speak about her experience serving 49 days in jail. She and seven other students were jailed for holding a sit-in at Woolworth's lunch counter in Tallahassee.

A record of coffins by a coffin shop in Monticello, Florida. The report contains the name of the deceased; their place of birth (or death -- on some pages the word "birth" is crossed out and "death" is penciled in); their sex and race; their date of death; and in which county they died. There is also the name and city of residence of the person who purchased the coffin for the deceased. Most of the deaths occurred in Jefferson County, Florida, with a few from Leon County in Florida and Thomas County in Georgia.
