Brewer Jr. in the office of Florida Governor Claude Kirk requesting the three enclosed resolutions passed by the Seminole Tribal Council be considered by the legislature during the next session. The resolutions, all passed April 27, 1970, deal with improvement leases, the history of the Seminole Indians and returning the remains of Chief Osceola.
